医院病媒生物的防控方法与思考

目的结合医院业务特点,做好医院病媒生物的防控,改善人民群众的就医体验,减少院内感染风险。方法监测、收集、分析医院各类病媒生物情况,进行根因分析,提出医院综合整治消杀改进措施。结果医院病媒生物虫害密度得以控制,针对老鼠、蚊蝇、蟑螂为主的四害问题显著减少;院内消杀防治水平、服务质量、职工满意率等得到一定的改善。结论加强医院病媒生物的防控工作,能有效减少传播风险,保障职工和患者的健康。下一步需要通过信息化手段为生物监测提供更加精准的数据,提高预警水平。

Objective To combine the characteristics of hospital business, do a good job in the prevention and control of hospital vector organisms, improve the medical treatment experience of the people, and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection. Methods Monitor, collect and analyze the situation of various vector organisms in the hospital, conduct root cause analysis, and propose improved measures for comprehensive management and elimination of the hospital. Results The pest density of vector-borne organisms in the hospital was controlled, and the four pest problems mainly targeting rats,mosquitoes, and cockroaches were significantly reduced;the level of killing prevention and control in hospitals, quality of service, and staff satisfaction rate were improved to some extent. Conclusion Strengthening the prevention and control of vector organisms in hospitals can effectively reduce the risk of transmission and protect the health of staff and patients. The next step is to provide more accurate data for biological monitoring through information technology and improve the level of early warning.
