PRF联合Dycal在年轻恒牙直接盖髓术中临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of PRF Combined with Dycal in Direct Pulp Capping of Young Permanent Teeth

目的通过观察深龋去腐过程中意外露髓的年轻恒牙应用PRF联合Dycal和单纯使用Dycal直接盖髓的临床疗效,探讨PRF联合Dycal作为直接盖髓材料在年轻恒牙中的临床疗效。方法方便选择2018年1—7月于该院就诊的7~14岁患者中60例深龋意外露髓的年轻恒牙,随机的分为两组,试验组:PRF/Dycal直接盖髓组;对照组:Dycal直接盖髓组,两组直接盖髓后均使用玻璃离子垫底,继而复合树脂充填。随访两组,分析对比12个月后的直接盖髓成功率。结果术后12个月后,试验组PRF/Dycal和对照组Dycal治疗成功率为93.33%和66.67%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.104,P<0.05)。结论PRF联合Dycal行直接盖髓术,比单独使用Dycal效果更显著,其联合使用可以作为PRF在年轻恒牙直接盖髓术中的更为有效的方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of PRF combined with Dycal and Dycal directly on the pulp of young permanent teeth that accidentally exposed the pulp during the process of deep caries removal,and to explore the clinical application of PRF and Dycal as direct pulp filling materials in young permanent teeth curative effect.Methods A total of 60 young permanent teeth with a deep caries accidentally exposed in the 7 to 14-year-old patient who were treated in the hospital from January to July 2018 were convenient selection randomly divided into two groups.The test group was the PRF/Dycal direct pulp capping group and the control group.:Dycal direct capping group.Both groups used glass ion pad after direct capping,and then filled with composite resin.Two groups were followed up,and the success rate of direct pulp capping after 12 months was analyzed and compared.Results After 12 months,the success rates of PRF/Dycal and Dycal in the control group were 93.33%and 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.104,P<0.05).Conclusion PRF combined with Dycal for direct pulp capping is more effective than Dycal alone.Its combined use can be a more effective method for direct pulp capping in young permanent teeth.
