葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治小儿轻度腹泻43例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 43 Cases of Children with Mild Diarrhea Treated with Calcium Zinc Gluconate Oral Solution

目的研究葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治小儿轻度腹泻的临床效果。方法该次方便选取2017年7月—2019年7月该院收治的86例轻度腹泻患儿展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组43例予以蒙脱石散治疗,观察组43例佐以葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液治疗。将两组的临床症状改善时间、血清炎性因子、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况进行比对。结果观察组轻度腹泻患儿的发热、呕吐、腹痛腹泻等症状消失时间(22.13±3.40)h、(1.46±0.49)h、(1.40±0.32)h短于对照组,大便次数及大便性状恢复正常时间(1.10±0.21)d、(1.43±0.28)d亦短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.577、9.103、9.738、15.841、10.938,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的TNF-α(2.00±0.11)pg/mL、IL-6(14.12±3.63)pg/mL均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=43.898、6.450,P<0.05);观察组患儿的临床总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.108,P<0.05);组间对比不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿轻度腹泻治疗中辅以葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液安全有效,可促进患儿临床症状快速改善,降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To study the clinical effect of calcium and zinc gluconate oral solution in treating children with mild diarrhea.Methods This study included 86 children with mild diarrhea treated convenient celection the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Based on conventional treatment,43 patients in the control group received montmorillonite in the treatment group,43 cases were treated with calcium zinc gluconate oral solution.The clinical symptoms improvement time,serum inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of disappearance of fever,vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea in children with mild diarrhea in the observation group(22.13±3.40)d,(1.46±0.49)d,(1.40±0.32)h was shorter than that in the control group(1.10±0.21)d,(1.43±0.28)d were also shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.577,9.103,9.738,15.841,10.938,P<0.05);TNF-α(2.00±0.11)pg/mL and IL-6(14.12±3.63)pg/mL were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=43.898,6.450,P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of children in the observation group(95.35%)higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.108,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with mild diarrhea,supplemented with calcium zinc gluconate oral solution is safe and effective,which can promote the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms and reduce serum inflammatory factor levels in children.
