整体护理干预对十二指肠溃疡护理的影响研究

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on Nursing of Duodenal Ulcer

目的分析整体护理干预对十二指肠溃疡护理的影响,明确其运用效果,总结运用体会。方法采用随机抽样的方式,从该院2018年1—6月收治的十二指肠溃疡患者中抽取37例作为对照组;运用同样方式,从2018年7月—2019年1月收治的患者中抽取37例作为观察组。两组患者所运用的治疗方案基本一致,且临床资料完备。在此基础上,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组运用整体护理干预。就两组的护理质量(护理态度、文书写作、病情管理、环境干预)与护理满意度进行调研和分析,并且评估两组患者的护理效果。结果从整体上看,观察组的护理质量为(92.38±1.23)分优于对照组的(75.19±1.43)分,两项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(t=10.282,P=0.000);观察组患者的护理服务满意度97.30%高于对照组的75.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.194,P=0.000);观察组患者的护理有效率的94.59%明显优于对照组的78.38%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.896,P=0.000)。结论在对十二指肠溃疡患者进行护理时,运用整体护理干预,能够改善患者的临床症状,优化其护理满意度,提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on duodenal ulcer care,clarify its application effect,and summarize its application experience.Methods Using random sampling,37 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted in the hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group;using the same method,from July 2018 to January 2019 the patients admitted each month,37 cases were selected as the observation group.The treatment schemes used by the two groups of patients were basically the same,and clinical data were complete.On this basis,the control group used routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used overall nursing intervention.Investigate and analyze the nursing quality(nursing attitude,clerical writing,condition management,environmental intervention)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups and evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results On the whole,the quality of care in the observation group was(92.38±1.23)points better than that in the control group(75.19±1.43)points.Comparing the two indicators,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.282,P=0.000);97.30%of patients in the observation group had a higher satisfaction with nursing services than 75.68%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.194,P=0.000);94.59%of patients in the observation group were significantly better than 78.38%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.896,P=0.000).Conclusion When nursing patients with duodenal ulcer,the use of holistic nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,optimize their nursing satisfaction and increase the nursing quality.
