优质护理干预对抑郁症伴自杀倾向患者心理健康和生活质量的影响分析

Impact of Quality Nursing Intervention on Mental Health and Quality of Life in Patients with Depression and Suicidal Tendencies

目的分析在抑郁症伴自杀倾向患者群体中应用优质护理对患者心理健康和生活质量的影响。方法随机选取该院在2017年4月—2019年9月收治的74例抑郁症患者研究,并且将其分为研究组和对比组,每组37例。对比组采用常规的方式进行护理干预,研究组在常规护理的基础上采用优质护理措施,对比两组患者最终护理效果。结果对比两组患者接受护理前后SCL-90评分,研究组患者护理后SCL-90评分情况(159.36±20.12)分优于对比组(193.32±22.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.867,P=0.000<0.05);对比两组患者护理后生活质量评分,研究组患者护理后生活质量评分情况优于对比组,自评得分(t=4.392,P=0.000)、生理领域(t=4.865,P=0.000)、社会领域(t=3.523,P=0.001)、环境领域(t=2.504,P=0.001)、心理领域数据(t=3.403,P=0.001)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抑郁症伴自杀倾向患者群体中应用优质护理对患者心理健康和生活质量有着显著效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing on the mental health and quality of life of patients with depression and suicidal tendency.Methods A total of 74 patients with depression treated in the hospital from April 2017 to September 2019 were random selected and divided into a research group and a comparison group,with 37 patients in each group.The comparison group used conventional methods for nursing intervention,and the research group used high-quality nursing measures based on conventional care to compare the final nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The SCL-90 scores of the two groups of patients before and after receiving care were compared.The scores of the SCL-90 scores of the patients in the study group(159.36±20.12)points after nursing were better than those of the control group(193.32±22.17)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.867,P=0.000<0.05);comparing the quality of life scores after nursing of the two groups of patients,the quality of life scores of the patients in the study group were better than those in the comparison group,and the self-assessment scores(t=4.392,P=0.000),in the physiological field(t=4.865,P=0.000),The social field(t=3.523,P=0.001),the environmental field(t=2.504,P=0.001),and the psychological field data(t=3.403,P=0.001)have statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in patients with depression and suicidal tendencies has significant effects on patients'mental health and quality of life.
