早期护理对重型颅脑外伤患者治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Early Nursing on Patients with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探讨早期护理对重型颅脑外伤患者治疗的应用效果。方法随机抽取2018年8月—2019年8月在该院接受治疗的重型颅脑外伤患者78例,将78例患者平均分为两组,即对照组与实验组,每组39例。对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者采取早期护理,以3个月为调查周期,探究早期护理对重型颅脑外伤患者治疗的效果。结果常规护理模式下对照组患者GCS(格拉斯哥昏迷量表)评分为(9.8±1.3)分,实验组为(13.2±2.1)分,实验组患者住院时间(5.4±1.2)d也少于对照组(8.9±2.3)d。实验组患者并发症发生率5.12%也明显低于对照组20.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.113,P<0.05)。实验组患者生活能力良好分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理对重型颅脑外伤患者治疗效果显著,能够降低患者患各类并发症的风险,缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing on the treatment of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 78 patients with severe traumatic brain trauma who were treated in the22222 hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly selected.According to the equal difference sequence,the 78 patients were divided into two groups equally.That is,the control group and the experimental group,each group of 39 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.Patients in the experimental group were given early nursing care.The period of investigation was three months to investigate the effect of early nursing care on patients with severe traumatic brain trauma.Results The GCS(Glasgow Coma Scale)score in the control group was(9.8±1.3)points in the conventional care mode,and(13.2±2.1)points in the experimental group.The hospital stay(5.4±1.2)d in the experimental group was also less than that in the control group(8.9±2.3)d.The incidence of complications in the experimental group 5.12%was also significantly lower than that in the control group 20.51%,The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.113,P<0.05).The excellent scores of various indicators of living ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early treatment is effective for patients with severe traumatic brain injury,which can reduce the risk of patients suffering from various complications,shorten the length of hospitalization for patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
