膝关节半月板损伤应用MRI诊断的价值体会

Value of MRI Diagnosis of Knee Meniscus Injury

目的分析膝关节半月板损伤应用MRI诊断的价值,对比MRI诊断和CT诊断方式的效果。方法便利选取疑似膝关节半月板损伤患者作为该次研究对象,总例数一共具有60例,患者收取时间在2016年1月—2019年1月,研究对象60例应用电脑随机分配方式分为两组,其中30例作为观察组(实施MRI诊断)、30例作为对照组(实施CT诊断),再将金标准关节镜诊断作为对照,将两组检出率、敏感度以及特异性进行对比。结果根据数据显示,观察组MRI诊断阳性率为96.30%、敏感度为92.86%、特异性为50.00%;对照组CT诊断的阳性率为72.73%、敏感度为93.02%、特异性为11.76%;观察组在阳性率、特异性方面显著高于对照组(χ^2=6.271、9.252,P<0.05);而观察组敏感度和对照组敏感度差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.262,P>0.05)。结论通过对膝关节半月板损伤患者实施MRI诊断,取得显著应用价值。

Objective To analyze the value of MRI diagnosis of knee meniscus injury and compare the effect of MRI diagnosis and CT diagnosis.Methods Patients with suspected knee meniscus injury were taken as the main subjects in this study.The total number of cases was 60.The patients were convenient selected from January 2016 to January 2019.Sixty patients were randomly divided by computer into two groups,of which 30 cases are used as observation group(implemented MRI diagnosis)and 30 cases are used as control group(implemented CT diagnosis),and the gold standard arthroscopy diagnosis is used as the control.The detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of the two groups were compared.Results According to the data in Tables 1 and 2,the positive rate of MRI diagnosis in the observation group was 96.30%,the sensitivity was 92.86%,and the specificity was 50.00%;the positive rate of CT diagnosis in the control group was 72.73%,the sensitivity was 93.02%,the specificity was 11.76%;the positive rate and specificity of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(χ^2=6.271,9.252,P<0.05);while the sensitivity of the observation group and the sensitivity of the control group were not significant(χ^2=0.262,P>0.05).Conclusion Significant application value was obtained by MRI diagnosis of knee meniscus injury patients.
