帕罗西汀联合生物反馈治疗抑郁症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Paroxetine Combined with Biofeedback in the Treatment of Depression

目的研讨抑郁症患者使用帕罗西汀与生物反馈技术治疗的临床价值。方法方便选取2017年10月—2019年10月在该院治疗的78例抑郁症患者为研究对象,按1∶1比例随机纳入两组,A组(n=39)单纯接受帕罗西汀治疗,B组(n=39)在帕罗西汀用药的基础上采取生物反馈技术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况,以及不同治疗阶段的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分与健康调查简表(SF-36)总评分。结果B组患者治疗后总有效率为97.44%,较A组总有效率74.36%提高相对显著,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.773,P=0.009)。治疗前,A组与B组的HAMD评分、SF-36总评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.037、0.479,P=0.487、0.340);治疗后,B组患者HAMD评分较A组降低更显著,SF-36总评分较A组提高更显著,差异有统计学意义(t=3.279、5.587,P=0.041、0.015)。两组观察期间均有出现恶心、头晕等轻度不良反应,总发生率(7.69%与12.82%)比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.139,P=0.709)。结论对抑郁症患者实施帕罗西汀配合生物反馈技术治疗,效果确切、安全性好,并能够有效缓解抑郁症状,促进患者生活质量的提高。

Objective To study the clinical value of paroxetine and biofeedback technology in patients with depression.Methods Taking 78 patients with depression treated in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were conveniently selected as an example,two groups were randomly included in a 1:1 ratio.Group A(n=39)received paroxetine alone,and group B(n=39)based on paroxetine medication,biofeedback technology was used to compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and health survey summary(SF-36)overall score of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of patients in group B was 97.44%after treatment,which was a relatively significant increase compared with the total effective rate of 74.36%in group A,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.773,P=0.009).Before treatment,the differences in HAMD scores and SF-36 total scores between group A and group B were small and not statistically significant(t=0.037,0.479,P=0.487,0.340);after treatment,patients in group B had HAMD scores higher than A The reduction was more significant in the group,and the overall score of SF-36 was more significant than that in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.279,5.587,P=0.041,0.015).During the observation period,mild adverse reactions such as nausea and dizziness were observed in the two groups.The overall incidence(7.69%vs 12.82%)was relatively small with no statistical significance(χ^2=0.139,P=0.709).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with biofeedback technology for depressive patients is effective and safe.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of depression and improve the quality of life of patients.
