脂肪酸转运体蛋白FATP4、CD36、FABP1在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积胎盘中表达研究

摘要 目的对脂肪酸转运体蛋白FATP4、CD36以及FABP1在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇胎盘中的表达进行研究。方法选取该院2018年1—12月收治的40例孕妇,根据其是否合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症分成两组,每组各20例。其中,观察组为合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积孕妇,对照组为正常妊娠孕妇,对两组孕妇的脂肪酸转运体蛋白FATP4、CD36以及FABP1在胎盘上的表达水平进行检测对比。结果观察组孕妇胎盘组织中脂肪酸转运体蛋白FATP4、CD36以及FABP1的表达水平检测结果分别为(20.7±2.1)(30.2±0.3)(29.3±0.4),与对照组相比(25.6±1.4)(16.8±0.2)(20.7±0.3),FATP4表达水平明显降低,而CD36以及FABP1的表达水平则明显增加(t=2.876,7.954,4.673,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积孕妇的胎盘组织中脂肪酸转运体蛋白FATP4、CD36以及FABP1表达水平均存在明显变化,与其妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积导致胎盘组织脂肪酸运输能力降低以及脂肪酸氧化代偿性增高有一定的关系。 Objective To study the expression of fatty acid transporter proteins FATP4,CD36 and FABP1 in the placenta of pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods 40 pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to whether they were complicated with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy,with 20 cases in each group.Among them,the observation group was pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy,and the control group was pregnant women with normal pregnancy.The expression levels of fatty acid transporter proteins FATP4,CD36 and FABP1 on the placenta were compared between the two groups of pregnant women.Results The detection results of the expression levels of fatty acid transporter proteins FATP4,CD36 and FABP1 in the placental tissues of pregnant women in the observation group were(20.7±2.1)(30.2±0.3)(29.3±0.4),compared with the control group(25.6±1.4)(16.8±0.2)(20.7±0.3),the expression level of FATP4 decreased significantly,while the expression level of CD36 and FABP1 increased significantly(t=2.876,7.954,4.673,P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant changes in the expression levels of fatty acid transporter proteins FATP4,CD36 and FABP1 in the placental tissue of pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy,which is associated with reduced placental tissue fatty acid transport capacity and increased fatty acid oxidative substitutability due to intrahepatic bile siltation during pregnancy.
