摘要
目的探讨胃镜下治疗上消化道异物的效果及临床体会。方法回顾性分析该院在2018年9月—2019年9月收治的125例上消化道异物患者,所有患者均在胃镜下治疗,观察治疗成功率及并发症情况。结果通过对125例上消化道异物患者进行胃镜下治疗,其中成功取出异物的共123例,成功率为98.40%;取出失败的共2例,失败率为1.60%。并发症情况:黏膜损伤患者共49例,发生率为39.20%;大面积黏膜剥脱患者共1例,发生率为0.80%;穿孔患者共10例,发生率为8.00%;溃疡患者3例,发生率为2.40%,纵隔感染3例,发生率2.40%。结论胃镜是上消化道异物安全、有效的诊治手段,治疗成功率高,发现上消化道异物后早期就诊,及时内镜下治疗可提高治疗成功率,减少并发症发生。
Objective To explore the effect of gastroscopy on the treatment of foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract and its clinical experience.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 125 patients with foreign body in the upper digestive tract treated in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.All patients were treated under gastroscopy to observe the success rate and complications.Results 125 patients with foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract were treated with gastroscopy.Among them,123 cases were successfully removed with a success rate of 98.40%;2 cases were failed with a removal rate of 1.60%.Complications:49 patients with mucosal injury,with an incidence of 39.20%;1 patient with large-scale mucosal exfoliation,with an incidence of 0.80%;10 patients with perforation,an incidence of 8.00%;3 patients with ulcers,the incidence rate was 2.40%,and 3 cases of mediastinal infection,the incidence was 2.40%.Conclusion Gastroscopy is a safe and effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract.The treatment success rate is high.Early diagnosis of foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract can be seen early.Timely endoscopic treatment can increase the success rate of treatment and reduce complications.
