以人为本理念下心理护理对宫颈炎患者负面情绪的改善作用

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Negative Emotions of Patients with Cervicitis under the Concept of People-oriented

目的研究宫颈炎患者以人为本理念下心理护理的作用,观察分析其改善宫颈炎患者负面情绪的临床效果。方法研究对象主要为该院方便抽取的72例宫颈炎患者,2018年12月—2019年5月为研究时间,并且通过随机的方式将研究宫颈炎患者分为两组,为对照组与研究组,每组36例宫颈炎患者。研究期间为两组宫颈炎患者提供不同的护理工作,对照组为常规护理,研究组为以人为本理念下心理护理模式。最后对以人为本理念下心理护理模式效果以及常规护理效果进行对比与分析。结果研究组宫颈炎患者的护理效果为(94.44%),对照组宫颈炎患者的护理效果为(63.89%),经统计学对比分析,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.190,P=0.001<0.05)。结论通过对两组宫颈炎患者采用不同的护理模式,最终发现,研究组的以人为本理念下心理护理模式能够为宫颈炎患者起到极为显著的心理状态缓解效果,能够将宫颈炎患者的病情得到康复。

Objective To study the role of psychological care of people with cervicitis under the concept of people-oriented,and to observe and analyze the clinical effect of improving the negative emotions of patients with cervicitis.Methods The study subjects convenient selection were mainly 72 patients with cervicitis drawn from the hospital.The study period was from December 2018 to May 2019,and the patients with cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the study group.In each group,there were 36 patients with cervicitis.During the study period,two groups of patients with cervicitis were provided with different nursing work.The control group was used for routine nursing,and the research group was used for psychological care under the concept of humanism.Finally,the effect of psychological nursing model and the effect of conventional nursing under the people-oriented concept are compared and analyzed.Results The nursing effect of patients with cervicitis in the study group was(94.44%),and the nursing effect of patients with cervicitis in the control group was(63.89%).After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.190,P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion By adopting different nursing modes for the two groups of cervicitis patients,it was finally found that the psychological care mode of the research group based on the human-oriented concept can significantly relieve the psychological state of cervicitis patients,and can recover the conditions of cervicitis patients.
