摘要 论文从两化融合的背景、价值、流程等方面进行企业两化融合贯标项目推进的介绍,旨在建成以管理者为核心、全员深度参与,系统化、制度化、动态化的体系管理方式。通过建立、实施、保持和改进两化融合管理体系,引导企业统筹考虑工业化要素和信息化要素,打造与企业战略相匹配的、可持续的新型能力,助推信息化建设和“智能工厂”建设,提高公司智能制造水平,并持续提升公司运营管理水平。 This paper introduces the promotion of implementing the standard project of integration of industrialization and informatization of enterprise from the background,value,process and other aspects of integration of industrialization and informatization,it aims to build a systematic,institutionalized and dynamic system management mode with managers as the core and full participation.By establishing,implementing,maintaining and improving the integration management system of industrialization and informatization,enterprise can be guided to consider the elements of industrialization and informatization,so as to build new and sustainable capabilities that match the enterprise strategy,promote the informatization construction and"intelligent factory"construction,improve the level of intelligent manufacturing and the level of operation and management of the enterprise.
