This paper introduces the promotion of implementing the standard project of integration of industrialization and informatization of enterprise from the background,value,process and other aspects of integration of industrialization and informatization,it aims to build a systematic,institutionalized and dynamic system management mode with managers as the core and full participation.By establishing,implementing,maintaining and improving the integration management system of industrialization and informatization,enterprise can be guided to consider the elements of industrialization and informatization,so as to build new and sustainable capabilities that match the enterprise strategy,promote the informatization construction and"intelligent factory"construction,improve the level of intelligent manufacturing and the level of operation and management of the enterprise.
