摘要
高绩效人力资源管理工作是当今企业管理过程中所必须面对的问题。通过高绩效人力资源管理模式的实施,其能够为企业的发展带来巨大的机遇。企业的战略实施能力具有中介的作用,根据论文的调研结果可以证明企业的战略实施能力对中介效果的提升具有显著成效,可有效地推动企业高绩效管理模式的发展。
High performance human resources management work is a problem that must be faced in the process of enterprise management today.Through the implementation of high performance human resources management mode,it can bring great opportunities for the development of enterprise.The strategy implementation capability of enterprise plays a mediation role.According to the research results of this paper,it can be proved that the strategy implementation capability of enterprise has significant effect on the promotion of mediation effect,which can effectively promote the development of enterprise high performance management mode.
