摘要
人事档案是中国人事管理制度的一项重要特色,其记录着我国每个公民的个人身份、学历、资历等各个方面情况,也是我国公民关于其身份、学历、资历等各个方面的凭据。因此,人事档案自然也与我国公民的工资待遇、社会劳动保障以及组织关系等具有密切的关系,是记载我国公民人生轨迹的重要依据。所以对我国公民进行人事档案管理十分必要。论文主要从对我国公民进行人事档案管理的意义、对我国公民进行人事档案管理的过程中存在的问题以及为解决这些问题所采取的相关措施三个方面进行阐述。
Personnel archives are an important feature of China's personnel management system.They record the personal identity,education background,qualifications and other aspects of each citizen in China,and are also the credentials of China's citizens about their identity,education background,qualifications and other aspects.Therefore,personnel archives are also closely related to the wages,social labor security and organizational relations of China's citizens,which is an important basis for recording the life track of China's citizens.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out personnel archives management for China's citizens.The paper mainly expounds three aspects,namely,the significance of carrying out personnel archives management for China's citizens,the problems existing in the process of carrying out personnel archives management for China's citizens,and the relevant measures taken to solve these problems.
