Firstly,the paper analyzes the principles of railway construction quality management and control,mainly including four aspects:implementing the target responsibility system of engineering quality,further strengthening the internal supervision mechanism,popularizing and applying new technology and constantly improving the construction level,strengthening the training of technical personnel and construction management.Then the paper discusses the effective countermeasures of railway construction quality management and control,mainly including three aspects:building the reasonable and perfect quality management system,strengthening the basic work of quality control,strengthening the construction quality control.Through the analysis and discussion of the above aspects,it is hoped that this can provide reference for the quality management work of similar projects in the future.
