在当前国有煤炭大力推行契约化管理的背景下,论文结合同煤集团契约化管理实践情况,从全面推广认识契约化管理、科学设定指标项目、依法依规充分授权、规范管理服务行为、严格考核兑现五个方面进行剖析、完善,从而进一步建立科学合理的契约化管理体系,激活企业活力,提高企业生产效率。

Under the background of vigorously implementing the contractual management in the current state-owned coal industry,combined with the practice of contractual management in Datong Coal Mine Group,the paper analyzes and perfects it from five aspects:comprehensively promoting and understanding the contractual management,scientifically setting index items,fully authorizing according to laws and regulations,standardizing management and service behaviors,and strictly checking and fulfilling,so as to further establish a scientific and reasonable contractual management system,activate enterprise vitality,improve enterprise production efficiency.
