多品种小批量外协管理的工作平台研究

Research on the Work Platform of Multi-Variety and Small-Batch Outsourcing Management

可以独立完成整个产品全流程制造的企业数量不多,多数企业必须依靠其他行业辅助完成,这就要求其做好外协加工合同和合同挂账/付款的动态管理。基于多品种、小批量、涉及广、收付频繁的合同管理要求,建立健全一个简单、易用的工作平台对提高合同管理工作的效率尤为重要。论文从外协工作的动态管理入手,详细阐述了用Excel函数和算法建立集合同台账、应付账款、季度付款计划等功能于一体的外协工作管理平台,阐述了管理中存在的动态跟踪问题,并提出了完善对策。

There are not many enterprises that can independently complete the whole process manufacturing of entire product,and most enterprises have to rely on other industries to complete it.This requires enterprises to do a good job in the dynamic management of outsourcing processing contract and contract account or payment.Based on the contract management requirements of multi-variety,small-batch,wide range and frequent receipt and payment,it is particularly important to establish a simple and easy-to-use work platform to improve the efficiency of contract management work.Starting from the dynamic management of outsourcing work,this paper detailedly elaborates the establishment of outsourcing work management platform with Excel function and algorithm,including contract account,accounts payable,quarterly payment plan and other functions,expounds the dynamic tracking problem existing in the management,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures.
