摘要
技能人才在新时期产业结构升级中将担当重任,关系到企业综合实力的提高,是提高企业核心竞争力、实现企业高质量发展的关键点。但当前许多企业面临诸多技能人才培养方面的问题,如何解决企业层面的培养问题,优化改善适合企业发展的技能人才培养模式,是每个企业要着力解决的课题。
