促进大学生自主创业的财税政策研究——基于江苏泰州地区大学生自主创业的调查分析

Research on the Fiscal and Tax Policies to Promote College Students'Self-Employment--Based on the Investigation and Analysis of College Students'Self-Employment in Taizhou,Jiangsu Province

随着就业形势日益严峻,自主创业逐渐成为大多数人的选择,敢于拼搏的大学生们更是如此。大学生自主创业是改进经济发展结构和减轻就业压力的有效途径,也是现阶段我国经济发展的本质要求。论文基于财税政策支持的视角,结合江苏泰州地域大学生自助创业的调查数据,针对新时代“互联网+”背景下大学生自主创业现状进行探索,分析当今大学生自主创业中存在的问题,提出适合大学生自主创业的财税优惠政策。

With the increasingly severe employment situation,self-employment has gradually become the choice of most people,especially for college students who dare to struggle.College students'self-employment is an effective way to improve the economic development structure and reduce employment pressure.It is also the essential requirement of China's economic development at the present stage.Based on the perspective of fiscal and tax policy support and combined with the survey data of college students'self-employment in Taizhou,Jiangsu Province,this paper explores the current situation of college students'self-employment under the background of"internet+"in the new era,analyzes the problems existing in the current self-employment of college students,and proposes the fiscal and tax preferential policies suitable for college students'self-employment.
