摘要
青年作为企业发展的新动力,其成长问题一直是事关企业发展的一项重要工作。企业欲求发展必须以人为本,树立企业品牌和形象,引领青年人才成长成才,不断创新企业内部核心架构,依据人才需求制定有效的企业青年管理机制体系。论文主要对企业青年的构成情况、成长途径等现状进行分析,并提出企业青年成才策略。
As a new driving force for the development of enterprise,the growth problem of youth has always been an important work related to the development of enterprise.In order to achieve development,enterprise must be people-oriented,establish enterprise brand and image,lead the growth and success of youth,constantly innovate the internal core structure of enterprise,and formulate effective enterprise youth management mechanism system according to talent demand.This paper mainly analyzes the composition,growth path and other current situation of enterprise youth,and puts forward the success strategies of enterprise youth.
