公司股权性质对经营绩效的影响--基于信息通信业的实证研究

The Influence of the Property of Company's Stock Rights on Business Performance--Empirical Research Based on Information Communication Industry

信息通信业是我国基础行业之一,为国家和人民提供快速高质的网络信息服务,全面支撑我国经济社会发展。由于信息通信业的基础性和自然垄断性,现我国的通信服务上市公司大多为国企或其最大控股人为国家,少部分为民营企业。不同的股权性质可能对公司的经营绩效存在不同程度的影响。论文通过实证方法以信息通信业为例研究股权性质对财务绩效的影响,发现国有控股的企业绩效要优于非国有企业。

Information and communication industry is one of the basic industries in China.It provides fast and high-quality network information services for the country and people and comprehensively supports China's economic and social development.Due to the basic and natural monopoly of the information and communication industry,most of the listed companies in China's communication services are state-owned enterprises or the largest holding company is the state,while a few are private enterprises.Different stock rights properties may have different degrees of impact on the company's operating performance.Taking the information and communication industry as an example,this paper studies the influence of stock rights property on financial performance through empirical approach and finds that the performance of state-owned enterprises is better than that of non-state-owned enterprises.
