对工程建设招投标及评标方法的思考

Reflections on the Bidding,Tendering and Bid Evaluation Methods of Engineering Construction

随着社会经济的不断发展,城市建设进程逐步加快,我国的建筑工程行业得到了快速的发展,建筑工程的数量和规模在持续增加。为了进一步规范工程建设招投标工作,需要进一步加强对工程建设招投标及评标方法的研究和讨论。基于此,论文结合工程建设招投标工作中存在的问题进行研究讨论,并提出相应的工作建议,以期优化工程招投标评价的方法,不断完善工作体系。

With the continuous development of social economy,the process of urban construction is gradually accelerated,the construction engineering industry in China has been rapid development,the number and scale of construction engineerings are increasing.In order to further standardize the bidding and tendering work of engineering construction,it is necessary to further strengthen the research and discussion on the bidding,tendering and bid evaluation methods of engineering construction.Based on this,the paper studies and discusses the problems existing in the bidding and tendering work of engineering construction,and puts forward corresponding work suggestions,so as to optimize the evaluation methods of bidding and tendering of engineering and constantly improve the working system.
