关于社区网格在基层社会治理中的应用——以保定市为例

Application of Community Grid in the Grass-Roots Social Governance--Taking Baoding City as an Example

综合社区网格化管理是城市智慧化、数字化、科技化建设的前提与基础,建立“纵向到底、横向到边”的层级联动、横向协同的城市治理新模式,进一步提升城市管理和公共服务水平以及政府和群众沟通效率,推动智慧城市的建设。论文以保定市为例,重点描述了智慧社区网格化在基层社会中取得的成效,分析了保定市社区网格化治理实施过程中遇到的问题并提出了优化完善的建议。

Comprehensive community grid management is the premise and foundation of urban construction with intellectualized,digitization and technicalization.It establishes a new mode of urban governance with the hierarchical linkage and horizontal coordination of"vertical-to-bottom,horizontal-to-edge",which can further improve the level of urban management and public services,as well as the efficiency of communication between the government and the masses,and promote the construction of smart cities.Taking Baoding City as an example,this paper focuses on describing the achievements of smart community grid in grassroots society,analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of community grid governance in Baoding City,and puts forward suggestions for optimization and improvement.
