人工智能技术对我国就业的双重效应分析

2016年初,自人工智能阿尔法狗以4:1的战绩完胜堪称围棋界首屈一指的棋手李世石开始,不只是科学家,普通人也开始被人工智能的神奇魅力所吸引。由人创造出来的机器竟然能打败创造出它的人类,这一认知使科学家更加重视对人工智能的研究。正如18世纪60年代的机器大生产取代手工劳动,一方面大大促进生产力提高,另一方面也使大量手工劳动者失业。论文重点分析研究人工智能对就业产生的替代效应和创造效应。

At the beginning of 2016,not only scientists but also ordinary people began to be attracted by the magic charm of artificial intelligence,since the artificial intelligence AlphaGo won the Lee Sedol who can be called the second to none in Go Community with the record of 4∶1.The recognition that the machine created by man can defeat the man who created it makes scientists pay more attention to the study of artificial intelligence.Just as the mass production of machines replaced manual labor in the 1860s,on the one hand,it greatly promoted the improvement of productivity,on the other hand,it also made a large number of manual laborers unemployed.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the substitution effect and create effect produced by artificial intelligence on employment.
