摘要
本文以国外某铜矿浮选氧化铜精矿为研究对象,在不同氧化钙加入量、焦炭加入量、氧化亚铁加入量和石灰石加入量的试验条件下考察渣型对铜精矿还原熔炼的影响。研究结果表明,选择酸性渣为熔渣渣型,渣中CaO∶SiO2=0.4∶1~0.55∶1,FeO∶SiO2=0.13∶1时,实践效果最佳。
Taking the flotation of copper oxide concentrate in a foreign copper mine as the research object,this paper investigates the effect of slag type on the reduction and smelting of copper concentrate under different test conditions of calcium oxide addition,coke addition,ferrous oxide addition and limestone addition,The research results show that when the acidic slag is selected as the slag type,CaO:SiO2=0.4:1~0.55:1 and FeO:SiO2=0.13:1 in the slag,the practical effect is the best.
