动力煤机械采样与人工采样的校验研究

Study on Calibration of Mechanical Coal Sampling and Manual Sampling

随着我国改革的不断推进,很多行业都发生了巨大改变,煤化工行业也不例外。煤化工行业采样方式不断改进,目前,大中型煤场通常有两种采样方法,一种是机械采样,一种是人工采样。本文对比分析了两种采样方式的工作效果,开展了动力煤机械采样和人工采样的校验测试,以期为动力煤采样提供方法指导。

As China's reforms continue to advance,many industries have undergone tremendous changes,and the coal chemical industry is no exception.The sampling methods of the coal chemical industry are constantly improving,at present,large and medium-sized coal yards usually have two sampling methods,one is mechanical sampling and the other is manual sampling.This paper compares and analyzes the working results of the two sampling methods,and carries out the verification test of mechanical sampling and manual sampling of thermal coal,in order to provide method guidance for thermal coal sampling.
