我国城市生活垃圾二维码分类体系的研究

Research on the Classification System of Urban Domestic Waste QR Code in China

垃圾分类回收是垃圾处理的第一步,目前,我国垃圾分类工作举步维艰。本文分析了英国、德国、日本以及北欧三国的垃圾分类体系,并结合我国自身国情,提出具体的垃圾分类回收措施,以期促进我国垃圾分类摆脱宭境。具体来说,我国要建立基于二维码的生活垃圾分类体系,垃圾处理费由消费者和生产者共同承担,同时我国要建立个人垃圾分类诚信档案。

Garbage classification and recycling is the first step in garbage disposal,at present,China's waste classification work is struggling.This paper analyzes the waste classification systems of the United Kingdom,Germany,Japan and three Nordic countries,and puts forward specific measures for waste classification and recycling by combining the specific national conditions of China,in order to promote China's waste classification to get rid of the martyrdom.Specifically,China should establish a household waste classification system based on QR code,and the waste disposal fee is borne by both consumers and producers,at the same time,China should establish a personal waste classification integrity file.
