摘要
本文利用化学多元素分析、化学物相分析、光学显微镜等综合手段,对青海某金矿石的矿石化学成分、矿物组成、金的赋存状态以及含金矿物的嵌布特征等影响金回收的矿物学因素进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。研究结果表明,矿石中金含量为3 g/t。矿石中主要矿石矿物为磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿和少量毒砂、褐铁矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿,主要脉石矿物为石英、绢云母、碳酸盐矿物和斜长石及少量黑云母等矿物。矿石中金以微细粒自然金的形式分布于脉石矿物中,其次以微细粒包裹金形式分布于硫化矿、褐铁矿及硅酸盐矿物中。研究结果为后续制定合理的选冶工艺流程提供理论依据。
By means of chemical multi-element analysis,chemical phase analysis and optical microscope,the mineralogical factors affecting gold recovery from a gold ore in Qinghai,such as the chemical composition of the ore,the mineral composition,the occurrence state of gold and the distribution characteristics of gold-bearing minerals,have been studied systematically in this paper.The results show that the gold content in the ore is 3 g/t.The main ore minerals are pyrrhotite,pyrite and a small amount of arsenopyrite,limonite,chalcopyrite and sphalerite,the main gangue minerals are quartz,sericite,carbonate minerals and plagioclase and a small amount of biotite.The gold in the ore is distributed in the form of micro-fine native gold in gangue minerals,and then it is distributed in sulfide,limonite and silicate minerals as micro-fine wrapped gold.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the following formulation of a reasonable metallurgical process flow.
