车用乙醇汽油性能及稳定性因素分析

Analysis of Performance and Stability Factors of Automobile Ethanol Gasoline

乙醇汽油是燃料乙醇和普通汽油按一定比例混配形成的新型清洁能源。推广使用乙醇汽油可减少尾气污染物的排放,提高发动机性能,但它存在燃烧热值低、腐蚀性强和易分层等问题。在对比乙醇与汽油物理化学性质的基础上,本文分析了乙醇汽油的辛烷值、热值、含氧量、汽化潜热和着火界限等特性,探讨了乙醇汽油使用过程中存在的主要问题,并从温度、含水量和乙醇含量三个方面研究了影响乙醇汽油稳定性的因素。

Ethanol gasoline is a new type of clean energy formed by mixing fuel ethanol and ordinary gasoline in a certain proportion.Promoting the use of ethanol gasoline can reduce the emission of exhaust pollutants and improve engine performance,but it has the problems of low combustion calorific value,strong corrosion and easy stratification.Based on comparing the physical and chemical properties of ethanol and gasoline,this paper analyzes the characteristics of ethanol gasoline such as octane value,calorific value,oxygen content,latent heat of vaporization and ignition limit,discusses the main problems in the use of ethanol gasoline,and studies the factors that affect the stability of ethanol gasoline from three aspects:temperature,water content and ethanol content.
