摘要
火力发电厂锅炉补给水处理系统可以将中水作为水源,其间采用预处理(双碱法软化)+超滤+反渗透+EDI的组合处理工艺。该工艺取代了传统的离子交换技术,采用先进的膜技术,即用超滤、微滤取代砂碳过滤,用反渗透替代离子交换,用EDI取代混床。工艺调试后,锅炉补给水处理系统目前已正常投入运行,处理后的水质能够满足《火力发电机组及蒸汽动力设备水汽质量》(GB/T 12145—2016)的要求。
Thermal power plant boiler make-up water treatment system can use reclaimed water as water source,during which a combined treatment process of pretreatment(double alkali softening)+ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+EDI is used.This process replaces the traditional ion exchange technology,adopts advanced membrane technology,that is,ultrafiltration and microfiltration replace sand carbon filtration,reverse osmosis replaces ion exchange,and EDI replaces the mixed bed.After the process debugging,the boiler make-up water treatment system has been put into operation normally,and the quality of the treated water can meet the requirements of"Water Quality of Thermal Power Generating Units and Steam Power Equipment"(GB/T 12145—2016).
