校企合作模式下高校计算机专业应用型人才培养的探索与实践——基于河北民族师范学院的研究

The Exploration and Practice of the Application-oriented Talents Training of Computer Major in Colleges and Universities Under the Mode of School Enterprise Cooperation--Research Based on Hebei Normal University for Nationalities

本文基于河北民族师范学院计算机专业应用型人才培养过程进行研究,通过校企合作,构建"项目化驱动教学、工程化过程管理、真实性项目实践、企业导师带队、真实企业实习"的人才培养机制,培养社会急需的IT业应用型、复合型、创新型技术人才和适应应用型发展的实践应用技能娴熟的双师双能型教师队伍的模式进行阐述。

Based on the research on the training process of applied talents of computer major in Hebei Normal University for nationalities,this paper constructs a talent training mechanism of"project driven teaching,engineering process management,authentic project practice,enterprise tutor leading team,and real enterprise practice"through school enterprise cooperation,so as to cultivate the applied,compound,innovative technical talents and adaptability of IT industry urgently needed by the society It is necessary to expound the mode of"double teacher and double ability"teachers who are skilled in practical application.
