摘要 随着我国高校校企协同创新模式的不断研究和发展,校企协同创新模式进入了瓶颈期,对实习实训模式的教学体系提出了更高更新的要求,这一时期,传统的校企协同模式已无法满足当前社会对于高技术人才培养的全面要求。本文提出一种逐渐分步将企业教学的案例贯穿实践教学环节的渐进式的引入方式,并通过现有的质量评价体系进行了评估,结果确实提高了人才培养质量。 With the continuous research and development of university enteq>rise collaborative innovation mode in China,the university enterprise collaborative innovation mode has entered a bottleneck period,which puts forward higher requirements for the teaching system of practice training mode.In this period,the traditional school enterprise cooperation mode has been unable to meet the current society's overall requirements for high-tech personnel training.This paper puts forward a gradual way of introducing enterprise teaching cases into practice teaching step by step,and evaluates it through the existing quality evaluation system.The result really improves the quality of talent training.
