基于海产品行业的电子商务精准扶贫路径研究——以威海市为例

精准扶贫是代替粗放扶贫的成本低、效率高的新型扶贫方式,针对不同贫困户的实际情况,通过精准识别、精确帮扶、精确管理达到治贫脱困的目的。电子商务作为一种较为成熟的新型商业形态,具有成本低、见效快、效率高、覆盖面广的特点,对于精准扶贫工作具有很强的可操作性和现实意义。在电子商务日臻成熟的时期,随着电子商务理性回归"人、货、场"进程,以"扶智"、"扶志"双管齐下解决贫困根源为手段,借助政府、企业、高校三元驱动,突出产品差异化、服务个性化、客户中心化,探索建立从"输血式"扶贫到"造血式"扶贫转变的有效路径。
