海南环岛高铁对沿线地区可达性影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 高铁的开通降低了时间成本,产生显著的"时空压缩"效应.以海南环岛高铁沿线12个市县为研究对象,基于加权平均旅行时间和经济潜力模型,从旅行成本、区位吸引力两方面分析海南环岛高铁开通前后沿线地区可达性的时空差异.研究结果表明:高铁开通缩短区域的时空距离,提升了区域间可达性,由开通前沿线地区总的加权平均旅行时间1599.53 min缩短至768.15 min,可达性水平最优地区为北-东部,可达性水平最差地区为南-西部,可达性水平提升程度最大的是临高县、文昌市和三亚市;环岛高铁的开通使得海口、三亚和儋州3个地级市经济潜力得到明显提升,不同程度上增强地级市对周边地区辐射带动作用,促使沿线地区经济潜力变化差异较大.环岛高铁在海南现代经济建设过程中发挥了重要作用,研究结果对"一环、两极、多点"的城镇空间结构的构建具有参考价值. The opening of high-speed railway reduces the time cost and produces a significant"space-time compression"effect.Based on the weighted average travel time and economic potential model,it analyzes the spatial-temporal differences of accessibility of 12 cities and counties along island-looping high-speed railway in Hainan from two aspects of travel cost and location attraction.The results show that:The opening of high-speed railway shortens the space-time distance of the region and improves the accessibility between regions.After the high-speed railway opening,the total weighted average travel time along the area is shortened from 1599.53 min to 768.15 min.The area with the highest level of accessibility is north-east,the area with the worst level of accessibility is south-west,and the highest level of accessibility improvement is Lingao County,Wenchang City and Sanya City.The opening of the island-looping high-speed railway around the island has significantly improved the economic potential of the three prefecture-level cities in Haikou,Sanya,and Danzhou.The difference in the intensity of the radiation effect of the prefecture-level cities on the surrounding areas promotes large differences in the economic potential of the areas along the route.The island-looping high-speed railway has played an important role in the process of modern economic construction in Hainan.The research results have reference value for the construction of"one ring,two poles,multi-points"urban spatial structure.
