摘要
以副省级城市战略性新兴产业为研究对象,利用随机前沿模型,测度创新价值链效率。结果表明创新价值链研发创新和产品创新效率均值较高,成果转化效率均值最低,同时成果转化环节的泰尔指数最高。创新价值链空间极化效应沿南方-北方方向增强,成果转化环节沿副省级-直辖市方向增强,产品创新由南方向北方方向增强。创新价值链前端研发创新优势应向中后端传导扩散。
The paper selected strategic emerging industries of 19 cities as the research objects,and used stochastic frontier model to measure the polarization trend of efficiency of each link of innovation value chain.The average efficiency of R&D innovation and product innovation in the innovation value chain are higher than achievement transformation,and polarization index of achievement transformation is highest.The spatial polarization effect of all links in the innovation value chain is enhanced along the north-south direction;the achievement transformation is enhanced along the sub-province-municipalities directly under the central government,and product innovation is enhanced along the north-south direction.The advantages of R&D innovation should spread to the middle and back end of the innovation value chain.
