舒适护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者护理的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Patients with Advanced Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨舒适护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者护理的效果。方法:将我院2019年1月到2019年12月的80例晚期恶性肿瘤患者,根据护理方法差异分组,对照组实施了常规护理,实验组实施舒适护理。比较效果。结果:实验组的满意度是100%(40/40),对照组则是80%(32/40),χ~2=6.933,P=0.005<0.05。实验组舒适度评分、住院时间93.85±1.01分、9.44±3.41d优于对照组,t分别是6.284、7.832,P<0.05。实验组并发症发生率2.5%低于对照组25.0%,χ~2=8.032,P=0.003<0.05。结论:晚期恶性肿瘤患者实施舒适护理效果确切。

Objective: To explore the effect of comfort nursing on patients with advanced malignant tumor. Methods: 80 patients with advanced malignant tumor in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to the difference of nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comfortable nursing. Compare the results. Results: The satisfaction of the experimental group was 100%(40+40), while that of the control group was 80%(32-40), and the satisfaction of the experimental group was 0.005<0.05. The comfort score and hospitalization time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(t=6.284 and 7.832 respectively, P<0.05, 9.44±3.41 d). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.5%lower than that in the control group(25.0%). Conclusion: Comfortable nursing is effective for patients with advanced malignant tumor.
