NK细胞在免疫异常自然流产中的研究进展

Research progress of NK cells in immune abnormal spontaneous abortion

NK细胞即自然杀伤细胞,是机体重要的免疫细胞,在正常妊娠及自然流产患者(特别是复发性流产患者)中具有特征性改变。随着生殖免疫学的发展,国内外对NK细胞的研究成为热点并取得了突破性进展。NK细胞以多种细胞表型出现在中枢和外周免疫器官及多个非免疫器官,其生理性或病理性改变都对妊娠过程有重要影响,为此,本文总结了国内外关于自然流产患者外周血NK细胞和蜕膜NK细胞数量、表型、受体等变化的研究结果,并整合了现代医学、中医中药对NK细胞相关性自然流产的治疗进展。

NK cells(natural killer cells)are important immune cells in the body and have characteristic changes in normal pregnancy and patients with spontaneous abortion(especially those with recurrent abortion).With the development of reproductive immunology,research on NK cells at home and abroad has become a hot spot and has made breakthrough progress.NK cells appear in the central,peripheral immune organs and multiple non-immune organs with a variety of cell phenotypes,and their physiological or pathological changes have an important impact on the pregnancy process.Therefore,this article summarizes the results of domestic and foreign research on the changes in the number,phenotype,and receptors of peripheral blood NK cells and decidual NK cells in patients with spontaneous abortion,and integrates the treatment progress of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for NK cell-related spontaneous abortion.
