精准护理干预对高血压患者血压及治疗依从性的影响

Effect of precise nursing intervention on hypertension patients′blood pressure and treatment compliance

目的分析精准护理干预对高血压患者血压及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的102例高血压患者,按照奇偶数分为对照组与观察组,每组各51例。对照组采用常规临床护理,观察组采用精准护理干预,比较两组血压水平、生活质量、治疗依从性等指标。结果干预后,观察组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、心理状态、社会交往、自护能力等生活质量指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的服药依从性、饮食依从性、运动依从性、健康生活行为等治疗依从性评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压患者中采用精准护理干预,可合理控制患者血压水平,提升治疗依从性,改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of precise nursing intervention on hypertension patients′blood pressure and treatment compliance.Methods A total of 102 cases hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to odd even number grouping method,51 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical care,the observation group used precision nursing intervention,the blood pressure level,quality of life and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological state,social interaction,self-care ability and other quality of life indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of medication compliance,diet compliance,exercise compliance,healthy living behavior and other treatment compliance indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Using precise nursing intervention in patients with hypertension can reasonably control their blood pressure level,improve treatment compliance and improve quality of life.
