摘要
运用计算流体动力学模拟软件ANSYS Fluent(14.0)对500 t/d垃圾焚烧炉选择性非催化还原(简称SNCR)脱硝过程进行数值模拟,研究不同反应条件下SNCR脱硝技术的脱硝效率和氨逃逸情况,分析炉内温度、氨氮化、NO初始浓度、O2浓度以及停留时间对模拟结果的影响,旨在为该技术的工程应用提供理论基础。
The SNCR denitration Process of 500 t/d MSW incinerator was simulated by using the software ANSYS Fluent(14.0).The denitration efficiency of SNCR denitration technology and the ammonia escape under different reaction conditions were studied.The effect of furnace temperature,ammonia nitrogen,initial NO concentration,O2 concentration and retention time on the simulation results is analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the engineering application of the technology.
