摘要
以汽车车内空气质量为研究对象,总结了车内VOC的分析试验和管控方法,同时选取某车型,参照整车VOC试验方法(GB/T 27630—2011)和行业内常用的零件、材料的VOC袋式试验方法,通过控制试验的湿度条件,行业内首次创新性研究了湿度对车内VOC中的管控难点物质——乙醛散发量的影响作用,明确了车内乙醛散发量受湿度影响的线性模型关系:随着湿度的增加,车内乙醛散发量大幅升高,并进一步证明了聚氨酯发泡材的水解是造成车内乙醛受湿度影响的主要原因。
Taking the air quality in vehicle as the research object,the analysis and control methods of volatile organic compounds(VOC)in vehicle are summarized.The effect of humidity on formaldehyde emission,an uncontrollable substance in VOC,was first innovatively studied in the industry by selecting a certain vehicle model and referring to the test method of VOC in vehicle(GB/T 27630—2011)and VOC bag test method of parts and materials commonly used in the industry and controlling humidity conditions.The linear model relationship of acetaldehyde emission in vehicle affected by humidity is defined.With the increase of humidity,the acetaldehyde emission increases significantly,which further proves that the hydrolysis of polyurethane foam is the main reason for the influence of humidity on the acetaldehyde emission in the vehicle.
