摘要 随着有限元工具的快速发展,基本所有的汽车厂商都已经广泛运用CAE仿真分析方法对汽车结构部件开发进行验证。通过对CAE仿真开发过程中焊点、螺栓的有限元模型进行分析,研究影响CAE仿真分析评价的关键技术因素,结合一汽丰田某款插电式混合动力汽车的研发过程,总结出有效的CAE仿真分析评价方法,为以后的白车身开发提供新的思路与数据支持。 With the rapid development of finite element tools in China,almost all automobile manufacturers have widely used CAE simulation analysis method to verify the development of automobile structural components.The key factors affecting CAE simulation analysis and evaluation were studied by the finite element model analysis of welding spots and bolts in the process of CAE simulation development.Combining with the development process of a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle of FAW Toyota,an effective CAE simulation analysis and evaluation method is summarized to provide new ideas and data support for the future development of body-in-white.
