摘要
充分理解和掌握综合工业园区废水水质特性,对于园区污水处理厂污水高标准稳定达标排放至关重要。以天津某工业园区污水处理厂所接纳的综合废水为例,首先对其常规水质参数及其相关参数比值、盐含量进行了统计分析;其次,开展了生化段出水有机物分子量分布,亲/憎水特性研究;最后对影响出水中化学需氧量(COD)的难降解有机物成分进行了甄别,并进行了溯源分析。结果表明:废水可生化性差,盐含量高,氯离子全年均值含量达826 mg/L;生化出水中以分子量小于1 kDA和亲水性的有机物为主;来自制药行业的含有环状脂肪族基团的有机物废水会对采用芬顿高级氧化技术工艺的出水COD稳定达标造成影响。
It is essential to fully understand and master the characteristics of wastewater quality in comprehensive industrial parks for meeting high standard and stable discharge demand in the wastewater treatment plant.Taking the comprehensive wastewater from the wastewater treatment plant in an industrial park in Tianjin as an example,the conventional wastewater quality parameters,their related parameter ratios and salt content were statistically analyzed.The molecular weight distribution and hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties of the organic substances in the effluent after the biochemical treatment were studied.The components of refractory organic substances affecting the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of the effluent were screened and the traceability analysis was carried out.The results show that the industrial wastewater is featured by poor biodegradability and high salt content.The annual average chloride ion content reaches 826 mg/L.The organic substances after the biochemical treatment are mainly composed of these substances with a molecular weight of less than 1 kDA and high hydrophilicity.The organic wastewater containing cyclic aliphatic groups from the pharmaceutical industry will affect the stable COD of the effluent using Fenton advanced oxidation technology.
