硫酸浓度控制对干吸工序的影响

摘要 介绍了硫酸浓度对硫酸装置干吸工序的影响、干吸工序金属材料选择和硫酸浓度计的选型、安装与维护情况。通过干吸工序气体干燥和SO3吸收原理分析,硫酸装置吸收循环酸w(H2SO4)控制在98.0%~98.5%,生产w(H2SO4)98.5%浓硫酸装置建议选用电导率硫酸浓度计,发烟硫酸装置建议选用超声波硫酸浓度计。控制好干吸工序硫酸浓度是保障硫酸装置长周期稳定运行的关键因素。 The influence of sulphuric acid concentration on the dry absorption process of sulphuric acid plant,the selection of metal materials in the dry absorption process and the selection,installation and maintenance of sulphuric acid concentration meter are introduced.According to the analysis of the principle of gas drying and SO3 absorption in the dry absorption process,the absorption circulating acid w(H2SO4)of sulphuric acid plant is controlled between 98.0%and 98.5%,the conductivity sulphuric acid concentration meter is recommended for the production of 98.5%concentrated sulphuric acid plant of w(H2SO4),and the ultrasonic sulphuric acid concentration meter is recommended for the smoke sulphuric acid plant.Controlling the sulphuric acid concentration in the dry absorption process is the key factor to ensure the long-term stable operation of the sulphuric acid plant.
