摘要
介绍了呼伦贝尔驰宏矿业有限公司制酸装置转化工序电炉改造及应用情况。该制酸装置以冶炼烟气作为原料,采用绝热稀酸洗涤净化、一转一吸工艺流程生产浓硫酸。针对转化器三、四段进口温度较低、SO2总转化率不高等问题,技术人员在转化工序三、四段入口烟气管道处安装1000 kW和500 kW电炉各1台。当三、四段电炉投入使用后,转化工序三、四段温度均稳步提高。既满足催化剂所需的起燃温度,又使转化器平均SO2转化率提升明显。
Transformation and application of electric furnace in conversion process of acid plant in Hulunbeier Chihong Mining Co.,Ltd.are described.The acid plant uses smelted flue gas as raw material,adopts adiabatic dilute acid washing and purification,oneturn one-suction process to produce concentrated sulphuric acid.In view of the problems of low temperature at the inlet of the third and fourth sections of the converter and low total SO2 conversion rate,technicians installed one 1000 kW and 500 kW electric furnace at the flue gas pipes at the inlet of the third and fourth sections of the conversion process.When the third and fourth stage electric furnaces are put into use,the temperature of the third and fourth stages of the conversion process is steadily increased.It not only meets the light-off temperature required by the catalyst,but also significantly improves the average SO2 conversion rate of the converter.
