摘要
介绍了某公司硫磺制酸装置尾气脱硫的技术改造情况。原尾气脱硫装置采用钠碱法,存在系统阻力大、脱硫效率低、产生的亚硫酸钠溶液处理成本高等问题。改造后,尾气脱硫装置采用双氧水法脱硫工艺,配置氧化吸收器+脱硫塔的两级脱硫工艺。该脱硫装置运行平稳,排放尾气中ρ(SO2)<10 mg/m^3,设备阻力降至1.18 kPa,副产稀硫酸全部回用于硫酸装置。
Technical reformation of tail gas desulphurization in sulphur acid plant is described.The original device uses the sodium-alkali method,which has problems such as high system resistance,low desulphurization efficiency,and high cost of sodium sulfite solution treatment.After transformation,the tail gas desulphurization unit adopts the hydrogen peroxide desulphurization process,equipped with a two-stage desulphurization process of oxidation absorber+desulphurization tower.The desulphurization device operates stably,withρ(SO2)<10 mg/m^3 in the exhaust gas,the resistance of the equipment is reduced to 1.18 kPa,and the by-product dilute sulphuric acid is all used in the sulphuric acid device.
