熔硫废气治理工艺优化总结

摘要 针对100 t/h硫磺制酸装置尾气异味大的问题,分别进行了优化洗涤液温度和pH值、增加升华硫粉尘过滤回收设备及尾吸塔后增加药剂吸附塔等尾气处理工艺优化试验。结合装置特点及试验情况,技术人员选择尾吸塔后增加药剂吸附塔(氧化还原药剂+活性炭吸脱附+RCO设备)的优化方案。优化后尾吸塔出口排放的净化气烟羽及异味基本消除,大幅改善岗位人员操作环境及周边环境,达到了预期效果。 Aiming at the problem of off-gas odor in 100 t/h sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant,the optimization tests of tail gas treatment process are carried out,such as optimizing the temperature and pH value of washing liquid,adding sublimation sulphur dust filtration and recovery equipment,and adding reagent adsorption tower after the tail suction tower.According to the characteristics of the unit and the test situation,the reagent adsorption tower(redox agent+activated carbon adsorption/desorption+RCO equipment)is selected after the tail gas absorption tower.After optimization,the plume and odor of the purified gas discharged from the outlet of the tail suction tower are basically eliminated,and the operating environment and surrounding environment of the staff are greatly improved,and the expected effect is achieved.
