摘要 介绍了延迟焦化装置含硫污水处理技术的研究情况。技术人员利用新型陶瓷膜和循环错流过滤技术,对含硫污水进行过滤净化处理。试验结果表明,陶瓷膜过滤工业试验装置对污水中焦粉、油等杂质具有很好的过滤效果,油脱除率在90.03%~98.12%,悬浮物脱除率为95%左右,浊度平均下降98%以上。 Research situation of sulphur-containing sewage treatment technology in delayed coking device is described.Technicians use new ceramic membranes and circulating cross-flow filtration technology to filter and purify sulphur-containing sewage.The test results show that the ceramic membrane filtration industrial test device has a good filtering effect on impurities such as coke powder and oil in the sewage.The oil removal rate is 90.03%~98.12%,the suspended solids removal rate is about 95%,and the turbidity decreased by more than 98%on average.
