某医科大学硕士研究生艾滋病认知及高危性行为调查研究

Investigation of AIDS cognition and high-risk sexual behaviors of postgraduates in a medical university

目的了解医学高等院校硕士研究生艾滋病认知及高危性行为相关情况,为特定人群针对性地进行防艾健康教育提供参考。方法采用自行编制问卷,以分层整群随机抽样方法,对重庆某医科大学在校硕士研究生进行调查。结果共调查在校硕士研究生1004名,平均年龄(24.56±2.985)岁,女性占72.91%(732名);艾滋病知识及格率83.57%(839名),不同专业间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.869,P=0.005);月生活费高于3000元者及男性对一夜情、商业性行为赞成率更高;男性对自慰、婚前同居、婚前性行为的赞成率均高于女性;43.13%(433名)的被调查者发生过性行为,其中高危性行为占比53.58%(232/433)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示高危性行为与性别比值比(OR)=1.607,95%可信区间(CI:1.075~2.403)、月生活费(OR=1.555,95%CI:1.247~1.941)相关。结论被调查硕士研究生群体艾滋病知识掌握情况良好,但高危性行为发生比例较高,尤其是男性和经济收入较好者更为突出。

Objective To know cognition about AIDS and high-risk sexual behaviors of postgraduate students in a medical university in Chongqing,so as to provide reference for health education of this group.Methods A cluster random sampling method with self-designed questionnaires was used for the investigation.Results A total of 1004 subjects,with the mean(SD)age of 24.56 years(2.985),were enrolled in the study.Among them,72.91%(732/1004)were female.The pass rate of AIDS knowledge was 83.57%(839/1004),with the differences between majors of different students statistically significant(χ^2=7.869,P=0.005).The male students with monthly living expenses more than RMB 3000 were more likely to accept one-night stand and commercial sex.The males were more likely to accept masturbation,premarital cohabitation and premarital sex than females.43.13%(433/1004)of the respondents had sexual intercourse,and among them 53.58%(232/433)had high-risk sexual behavior.Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that high-risk sexual behavior was related to gender(OR=1.607,95%CI:1.075-2.403)and monthly living expenses(OR=1.555,95%CI:1.247-1.941).Conclusion The surveyed group of postgraduate students has a good awareness of AIDS knowledge,and at the same time they have a high proportion of high-risk sexual behaviors,especially the men with better economic conditions,which needs to pay attention to.
