摘要
公共人是公共领域的行动者,是基于公共立场,参与公共生活,开展公共交往,谋求公共福祉,具有公共品格的社会人。走进公共领域,参与公共生活,开展公共交往,做一个自由行动者,是公共人生成的行动逻辑。公共人,是人类社会发展的时代要求,更是当前国家治理体系和治理能力现代化转型对于人的发展提出的新要求。培育公共人,需要确立公共生活的理念,坚持教育引导与实践养成相结合,在教育中开展行动与言说,以道德教育提升公共品格,积极参与政治、社会和日常生活等领域的公共活动,做公共领域的行动者。
Public-sphere participants,who carry out actions in public spheres,are those who participate in the public life based on public positions,carry out public communication,seek public welfare,and have public character.They are featured by their participation in the public life in public spheres,and their engagement in public communication as free actors.They are needed not only in the development of human society,but also in the current development of human beings during the modernization of both the governance system and the capacity for governance in China.To cultivate public-sphere participants,we need to establish the concept of public life,combine educational guidance and practical development,engage in actions and speeches during education,cultivate public character through moral education,and take an active part in public activities in political,social and daily-life fields.
