为何“案牍劳形”--时间政治视角下的大学教师学术规训 被引量:19

Why So Busy?--University Teacher’s Academic Discipline from the Perspective of Politics of Temporality

摘要 在充斥着竞速的全球化时代,自主、弹性的学术生活节奏受到很大影响,大学教师的情感焦虑逐渐成为一种社会症候。研究从时间政治的视角对此现象进行剖析,结果发现,时间不仅仅是外在于教师的客观存在,或由教师有效管理的客观存在,更是与教师在事件中相遇、纠缠、共同作用的存在。它通过关联教师的过往经验与未来期望,为当下行为定位,从而重塑教师的专业身份。时间政治的本质是国内外学术环境中各种竞争性制度的相互传导,因此在国家明确破除"五唯"的政策背景下,教育界要回归教育本质、遵循规律办学、树立正确的时间观,发挥管理制度的发展性功能,以解决教师焦虑和身份危机问题。 In the era of globalization full of competitions,the rhythm of the independent and flexible academic life is greatly affected,and the anxiety of university teachers has gradually become a social symptom.This paper analyzes this phenomenon from the perspective of the politics of temporality,and finds that time is not only an objective existence for teachers or for their effective management,but also an existence for their meeting,entanglement and co-action in events.It links teachers’previous experience and future expectations to position their current behavior,thus reshaping their professional identity.Essentially,the politics of temporality is the mutual transmission of competitive systems in the academic environments at home and abroad.Therefore,according to the national policy of eliminating the"five onlys"(emphasizing only test scores,college enrollment rates,diplomas,academic papers,and academic titles),the educational circles are supposed to return to the essence of education,follow the rules of school operations,establish a correct outlook on time,and give full play to the developmental functions of the management system so as to eliminate teachers’anxiety and their identity crisis.
